Daniel's birthday was on the 13th, but he celebrated it on the 14th so we could watch King Kong! We met at Tampines Mall at 10 a.m.; Adwyn and Daniel's brother Samuel were there too. Initially I was never keen on King Kong, but now I think it's a spectacular movie and so you should watch it too! I guess Peter Jackson is really a good director, huh. XD
Well I don't want to spoil it, but let's just say...
1) It scared the living daylights out of me; there were the freaky tribal people, and the creepy crawlies, and the terrifying T-Rexes. !_! 2) I was gripping onto the edge of my seat; the CGI was great, and so were the sequences, cinematography and everything! 3) It was moving; you get so terrified of King Kong at first, but then you slowly start to feel for the poor 'little' animal~! T_T 4) And Singapore gets mentioned. XD
After the movie we went for lunch at McDonald's, and then took a train up to Daniel's humble abode. Everything there was pretty much packed into cardboard boxes, since he was gonna' be moving to his new closer-to-school place somewhere in Pine Grove soon. Thankfully, his Xbox wasn't packed yet; we spent pretty much all the time playing Halo 2. XD Around 4 we went downstairs to play table-tennis for an hour, just before me and Adwyn took a shuttle bus to the Pasir Ris MRT and whisked ourselves back to our home sweet homes.

Just today I went to catch another movie; Chicken Little! XD This time I went to Juction 8, with Boey Yang and Kevin. I'd always wanted to catch this movie, but the people around me have always been reluctant; you know who you are. -_- Luckily for me, we were left with no choice since Boey Yang's choice-of-movie Zathura was no longer screening, and everything else has been watched. (With the exception of Perhaps Love which I _still_ want to watch but, again, no one else does.) We met at around 1.30 p.m. to have lunch at the food court, and then caught the movie at 2.50 p.m.
Chicken Little was great in my opinion because...
1) It is _really_ funny! Just when you thought that possibly all the jokes in the world have been exhausted. 2) Don't know 'bout you, but I love these animated movies! This one is no exception, especially with all the cute animal citizens of Oakey Oaks. 3) Behind the seemingly childish movie still lie important things to note about life and the like. =) 4) I spotted the hidden Mickey~! ^^

Yay, so that pretty much sums up what I've been doing at the movies the past few days. ^^ Other than that, I've been...
1) Listening to my new Corrs CD, Home! It was released in October and got bad reviews, so I kinda' forgot about it... (I'm such a bad fan!) Well I listened to Jason's copy when I went to his place, and fell instantly in love with it, don't understand how they got 3-star ratings only! So yeah I bought it today and am happily listening to it now. ^^ 2) Reading The Crucible. Finished Malgudi Days some time ago, so have just started on it. Well I thought the cover was majero freaky; especially with it lying around the house. So yeah I solved that problem by making my own cover~! =D I took paper and wrapped the cover, then I drew my own cover picture in. =P Now it looks so much better. ;) 3) Looking for Metamorphosis by Kafka! Went to buy my remaining school books on Tuesday and have now gotten everything but the optional books and the aforementioned. Apparently they only had 80 copies for us GEP students, but some kiasu/blur mainstream buddies missed out the '(SBGE only)' and bought it too, resulting in poor GEP students like my sourcing bookstores all over Singapore for it. Bummer.
With a good appetite, you may either love to cook, or just love to eat! Being a laid-back kind of person, you enjoy the simple things in life. That's okay, because you don't like things moving too fast, anyway.
A kind, sweet and romantic person, you will make someone very happy someday. You often do things for people without reason, and sometimes you are unappreciated. Peaches are appealing and full of feeling, just like you.
