Since young I loved balloons, and I had to have balloons everytime for my birthday. I thought this would be the first year that the tradition would be broken, but I knew I could count on my aunts who knew me so well! =)

And it's this prettypretty bubble balloon! Never knew that these kinds existed, but whee~!

Thanks to whoever it was that gave me this big bear hug from behind as the surprise cake was brought in!

Thanks to the class for singing me a birthday song and all the birthday wishes!

Of ripping up that exam schedule! =D

Nothing wrong, right? It's useless now, over already, time to look forward and charge full steam ahead! (But of course, remember to throw the remnants into a recycle bin to be green, yay!)

I was on a bench at school, just about to start studying, when I noticed this fly perched on the railing right in front of me... Weird.

But through the whole time I was there, the fly just stayed there, at the very same spot, for the whole 3 or 4 hours that I was there! I could see that it changed directions and faced different sides, and moving its legs and flapping its wings, so it certainly wasn't dead.

So I admired its ability to be so disciplined and stay there at that one spot. Which is so unlike me; I'm so fidgety, and would always need to walk around my house, check out my fridge, lie on my bed for five minutes and end up sleeping for five hours instead...

Yeah, so fly-dhartha enlightened me that day, and I controlled my urges to stop studying and walk around whenever I see that fly sitting there on that railing and not moving. Not moving. (Don't laugh at me!)

Today was not good... =(

My mum had never eaten carbonara pasta before, can you believe it? I think she honestly thinks that the only pasta in the world is spaghetti in tomato-based sauce! When in fact there's so many different kinds of pasta and so many different kinds of sauces. Well, finally today I introduced it to her, and she said it was yummy, so yay! ^^
